  Very poor services. I have bought new water heater with installation. They gave me 5+2 year warranty. After 2 years, water heater stop working. They have sent untrained technision after several call. He spent 2 hours didn't figure out what was the problem and asked me pay them though it was cover in the warranty. I have called another company to fix it. They fixed it in 1 hour. I have no choice but give one star.
  Very unreliable, unconsidered, no customer service. I'm surprised they are still in the business.
