  5 stars on Customer Service, 1 star on Appliance Sales.
  Appliance department sales people lack in consistent knowledge. 3 different sales people told us 3 different stories about their delivery /installation service. To make matter even worse, when we ordered our appliances we were not told the order was 'special', and 15% restocking fee would have been applied if it was cancelled after 3 business days.
  Fortunately the Customer Service team was able to resolve the matter for us.
