  Definitely avoid this company no matter you are the owner or the buyer/tenant. My agent contacted them for a rental unit listed by this company. We were happy with the unit so my agent contacted them to make sure that the unit is available. They said yes so we started to prepare the docs. However, this company texted my agent says the unit is leased out in the last minute. No business ethics at all!
